If you have any questions about my items please ask. I love to talk about my work and am happy to answer questions!
I do my best to provide accurate descriptions of each product. If you are unhappy with an item please contact me within 3 days of delivery via this website or to hello@pamfarren.com
Returned items should be shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail with a Delivery Confirmation Number.
No credit will be issued for returned items not received.
A refund for all items received in their original condition will be issued minus original shipping charges.
Please note: Custom orders cannot be returned.
Unless you have requested and paid for insurance, items shipped via USPS are not insured. Pam Farren aka re-maker/JCF Runic Arts is not responsible for packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
Terms of Service
Orders ship via USPS via First Class or Priority Mail.
Delivery confirmation is included for all orders.
Insurance is not included.
Your order will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. Please be sure the Ship To address is correct.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of reshipping to a different address.
Wholesale and Custom inquiries are welcome!
Wholesale Customers:
Prices listed in the shop are retail.
Not all, but many items are offered at wholesale with proof of resale license. Minimum purchase is required.
Some items are available in limited quantities.
